I usually tell the people (if not too inappropriate) but not all the details. For someone I don't have sex with for real, the fact that I had the dream should be enough information. I don't remember anyone asking for details.

No, people will think that's because deep down you want to have sex with them, which is false. The meaning of the dream may have nothing to do with sex at all.

Unless, that someone doesn't really mind. But 99% of the people do, at least a little bit, even if they share my opinion, there's always the feeling that "he dreamed about having sex with me that might mean something.
