So i have fordyce spots / ectopic sebaceous glands and was really discouraged for a long time, ever since puberty, but after reading and researching, i realise the problem is with my own insecurities about it....

To answer your question, yes I do. I really did not know what they were. I thought they were where the hair grew out of my scrotum. They never prevented me from hooking up. So, I don't concern myself with them.
