Episode 2 I believe - Lip, Ian and Carl through Frank into the dumpster and he called Child Services from the Bar.

This was the best Ian/Mickey sex scene of the series so far. The hottest anyway. Cut short by a jolting dose of how violent and disgusting homophobia can be (the dad's reaction upon finding them).

Veronica/Kevin and her mom. That's some messed-up, but funny shit.

I feel sorry for Ian at the end having to watch Mickey do what his dad was forcing him to do - was cute how Mickey kept looking at Ian - wish they would have resolved this in the episode, because they won't in the next one - just skip past it.

Wonder if Mandy knows her best friend is fucking her brother yet...
 
The Onion AV Club has a feature in which they write reviews of each episode of certain series. In their write-up of the last episode, the writer thought the scene involving Ian and Mickey was unrealistic, saying, "So Mickey is into Ben Wa balls now? I don’t buy it. That’s expert gay, and Mickey is an amateur." Do you think that Mickey would have been experienced enough to be familiar with Ben Wa balls? Personally, I can accept that he'd be into them, but those looked like really big balls.

Aside from that though, Ian and Mickey were cute when they got naked and were about to get frisky. But then Mickey's dad showed up and the scene got very disturbing. (And don't forget that Ian is AWOL from the group home.)

The past two episodes are character development - Mickey was getting more comfortable with being with Ian (and the kiss was a sign of possision!) I think the whole Ben Wa balls thing was about trust and stuff Mickey wouldn't normally be comfortable opening up with, let alone with anyone else - it showed how much he loves Ian, sadly his dad is fucked up... have to wait till next week to see if they will address what happened.
 
The thing with the mom and her getting fucked by her son-in-law in front of his wife was so disturbing and ugly - not like most of the stuff here isn't gross. I love the show.

I wouldn't say Mickey was into the girl, he was just trying to get it over with so Ian wouldn't have to suffer through it any longer than necessary. I thought it was evident with Mickey looking at Ian, and Ian could hardly watch. So he flipped her so he couldn't see Ian, and picked up the pace. That was my interpretation of it, anyway.
 
What does it matter.you have a straight actor playing a gay role.as far I'm concerned it means one less homophobe in the world let the guy play the role. He's doing good with it.so what if he isn't gay. He's acting.
 
If you insist on g/g, s/s casting, you're going to put an incredible number of gay actors out of work.
 
I loved this episode...Emmy Rossum was great in it.

Can we all agree that Jimmy is getting annoying. He's all sad about Fiona not checking with him about raising the kids, yet he's still hiding all this shit from her and fucking his "wife" on the side!

I do still love how the UK version and the US version are so different now. In the UK version Fiona and Steve left after the 2nd season.
 
I am not going to say I loved the episode but it was entertaining to a degree. I hated the dead body and zipped through that - and the court before the judge was about as it would normally go in those circumstances. Yeah, Jimmy is getting to be a wimpy asshole. Fiona is the biggest heart of all. I hope they expose that child labor creep.
 
Things does not look good for Ian & Mickey next week :( Applaud Mickey for trying to stand up for the Gallagher family though :)
 
Debs was beyond perfect, Fiona having to cover her face with the eviction notice to keep from cracking up was further proof. Nice to see the pretty cop make a cameo too. Something has to happen to get Jimmy back in the game, his hotness is fading fast.
