exactly what the topic says shaquille oneal got traded to the cleveland cavaliers personally i have no idea what to think because lebron is good but he annoys me and shaq is my favorite basketball player

what do u think??

i'm not sure how this helps the cavs. they needed another scorer. a true shooter out opposite lebron. when the lakers won with shaq, kobe had options on the outside like fisher and horry, no such shooters on the court for the cavs (other than lebron).

The Cavs upper mgt is doing everything they can to appease LeBron, they know that he will not stay if they dont try to win a championship and their lack of success against Orlando exposed the need to have a dominant big man and they got him. Shaq will be good for one more year, maybe two. Good luck to him, he had a great year here in Phoenix.

None of which i care, but how can a player just hop about teams like the way they do? where's the loyalty to fans???
being that i live in cleveland. i cannot stand lebron james & hopefully he will leave soon, & not that shaq is any better or worse for that matter,oh well i Vented

its a one year experiment but it isint the solution. i dont like it because they had a good center in illgauskus who fit what LeBron likes to do (slash to the basket), illgauskus would stretch the defense and clear up the paint for LeBron to operate. Now you have shaq in there who's cant shoot more than 8 feet away from the basket and isint very mobile, kind of ruins the up-tempo style LeBron and the cavs would like to play.

but does that trade really solve any problems that the Cavs were having. Unless i missed it Shaq still can't shoot a free throw to save his life. He brings boards, points and some defense. But just wondering..

..| They probably still won't be able to beat the Magic. Especially if Jameer Nelson can stay healthy.
