Yes... canned Alaskan salmon, which is good for your heart. And unlike chicken, it's not laced with antibiotics.
But it's kind of slowed down.I have trouble buying underwear. Even the smallest for men (which is 30 in the US) is even a little too big.

let's face it - a diet that's focused on one item isn't healthy - regardless of what that item is. it's a diverse, whole foods diet that will deliver good nutrition.

I agree, but for someone who is only concerned with convenience, canned salmon from Alaska is much better for your health than chicken that's loaded with antibiotics.
