Share your earworms here [Music]

Sorry Miss Jackson OOOH!!

First, let me tell you that I hate this song! I worked as a teacher at an exceptional school (read last stop before incarceration for many of those kids) in a previous life. They frequently played this song when I was there. Now all these years later the chorus keeps running through my head, in true earworm fashion.

^ I posted it about something the other day... and now the infection has become symptomatic.

Of course it's not good, why should a worm be good?

I just got this stuck in my head from watching one of those YouTube videos of 1960s television commercials. Marlboro cigarettes used the Theme from the Magnificent Seven prominently in theirs. BTW, this is one of the most violent YouTube clips I've ever seen, that I didn't have to cut.

The theme songs for Western movies and television shows are usually pretty cool. I remember watching the opening credits for "The Virginian" on our brand new color TV when I was 9 years old, just to hear the theme song. Then I turned it off, because I couldn't get into the program.

If you have to quote catchy shitty tunes from westerns, let them at least be from minimally decent movies

Ok, I can't go on after that one :vomit: :vomit: :vomit: :vomit: :vomit:

Well, Sergio Leone may have a pass.-

This, on the other hand, is pretty decent, as opo, obviously, for a rather crappy movie...

I noticed that Percy Faith wrote The Virginian theme. Here's something else he wrote. This will take us out of the Western theme, but it'll give you an overdose of sweetness!

^ Yes.

Like Max Steiner composed the score for "King Kong", then there is something else he wrote.
