Assume in your posts (no matter whether honestly or not :cool: ), that my "earworms" are related to some sort of conscious aesthetic or semantic choice of mine.

I can't speak to what Al thinks, but for me you've destroyed any notion in my mind that your earworms follow any sort of aesthetic. After all, what sort of aesthetic would someone have who posts classical pieces, and then follows them up with "I Wanna Fuck You in the Ass?"
 
^ They are fucking [ear]worms, they are merely around: it's like saying that you have a conscious willing choice in the parasites or virus that infect you: one thing is the receptiveness of one's nature, and another one's will and choice.

This little soul/pop song has everything going for it, as far as me getting to like it: Motownish (but not Motown), peppy/poppy, has horns, it came out when I was 10 years old. It has since been labeled Carolina Beach Music and Northern Soul.
