There's that tune that someone was letting be played in a loop, several days ago in the self storage facility I regularly visit in BCN: sound was so bad I couldn't figure out the lyrics beyond isolate words, even when I got as close as I could without being obviously nosy: it seemed an all-girl band, with a sort of 1960s-style staccato bass, and that same 1960s "pa-papa-paaaa" in the refrain.

For the past few days, especially in the morning, I've had that refrain that starts (at least in my hard drive) like "Somewhere over the Rainbow" (I even make it start with "somewhere") but actually sounds more like one of those Velvet-Goldmine era tunes.

Watched Padmaavat on a flight a few days ago. Still haunted by its images and music...particularly the theme in the last video. Wonderful Bollywood epic. Huge success in India. I assume the January 25 release date is for the US. Look for it!
