I recently returned to California on an Air France flight from Paris. One of the music selections was a mix of Debussy, Satie and Ravel. (These guys, plus Fauré and Stravinsky are pretty much my Paris soundtrack while I'm there.) I fell asleep to Pavane pour une princesse défunte, and it's stayed with me ever since:
