Shockwave Plugin constantly crashing on Chrome

I just started using Chrome...and so far I enjoy it besides the fact that the Shockwave plugin crashes all the time so i can't get into the chat room on Manhunt...it happens on youtube videos sometimes. Is there something I can do to fix that?

this is weird. chrome seems to me as the browser which handles flash the best. is your chrome version up2date? also try reinstalling flash

yeah I believe it is....I did a search and it seems like it is a problem with chrome...but I'll give re-installing a shot. Thanks Corny

if you can roll it back to shockwave flash 9 or before... it's something to do with 10... and google has been trying to fix that issue... it really annoying as it does that with all my browsers too.. not sure where they are with that issue though..

I've been using it for about a month now and I don't think I've had an update at all

Per default chrome silently installs updates.
