People are gonna get to walmart, intending to steal, and then see those guys. While they're there, there's no way they'd steal from the shop.

I don't think it'll stop theft in general, but it'll stop theft from walmart. Sadly, that's the place that could cope with theft best so I imagine they're gonna move onto smaller businesses.

As a punishment for people who steal from small businesses, I'd like it. Otherwise, it just seems to push the thieves in the wrong direction.
