Humanity is always asking, & we are part of humanity! However, I must agree that no question is "stupid", but some do reveal a great deal of lazy thinking.

Stupid questions are a great way to get to know people. If they actually take the time to think about it and come up with an answer to make you happy, they're probably a person that you should be friends with. That and stupid questions can lead to great conversations, so yeah, gay men should definately ask them.
