I've said this here before -- you can't out somebody unless you have a videotape of them having sex with a same-sex person. Or something of that nature. Everything else is just gossip.

Somebody once printed an article in an English paper saying that Liberace was gay. He sued them for libel -- and won! Admittedly the British libel laws are a little weird... I mean, if you can't even out Liberace...

you misunderstood, I was saying that because she fits the stereotype,so people assume that she is a dyke. I don't know, she might like frilly nightgowns and raise poodles for all we know. If you had stated, "She is seen as "unattractive" based on our American standards of beauty, and therefore labelled as gay," that's different than saying, "Granted, she isn't...attractive."

I'm not going to presume your intention, based on your response to my comment, but I think that the different statements above go a LONG way in clarifying whether or not one buys into how we see attractiveness in women (and men).

True, I have often found unusual or different people to be attractive to me. I am often looked at like I'm crazy because I don't go to the local gay disco and chase all the 21 yr old pretty boys....*gags*, I find them repulsive personally. True I did say she was unattractive, but I meant to me.

I couldn't care any less. It's what she's doing to this country. Anyone that wants to call acts of terror "man made disasters". Then issues a report referring to different groups of this countries law abiding citizens as extremists and terrorists that need to be watched. This includes but is not limited to soldiers returning from the middle east. She made reference to Timothy McVeigh as if a lot vets harbor his sick, twisted disgusting views. She's more worried about the citizens of this country attacking someplace than terrorists groups. Now their big idea is to take the "enemy combatants" that are being held in Cuba and releasing them here in the US. Oh that's a bright idea. I'm sure they will be law abiding members of the community. Meanwhile she will be keeping an eye on our returning soldiers.

Do I care if she's gay or not. Hell no. Do I care that she is making this country less safe, more vulnerable to another "man made disaster" and placing our lives on the line. You dam right I do. She needs to go back to doing what ever it was she was doing because she doesn't have a clue what she's doing now.
