If it's something you want to try and your comfortable being with him then I say give it a try. Make sure your prepared. Have lots of lube on hand. Well it certainly covers the cheap category. But this is a classic case of you get what you pay for. It's soft, but I fear this toy will be too soft. The first toy I bought was a crystal jelly and because that was a soft toy as well, it would just squish up rather than enter the body. Especially if you are just beginning anal play. You may be better off with a firmer (though still small) toy.

Also materials like PVC, rubber, basically anything foam-like are pretty porous, so they are going to be a bitch to clean.
