Should I Follow my Dreams ???

I had a friend, Morganne, from Montreal who was a chanteuse and who sang in local bars here in L.A. I saw her at one bar in Santa Monica that was having a fashion show for drag queens - at least all of the models were drag queens, but the fashion was actually for women. I've also had boyfriends who were singers/dancers, and the one thing I would say is that if you want a career in entertaining, you have to have an overwhelming passion for it. However, if you are extremely talented, it doesn't have to be that difficult. As suggested above, post a demo on YouTube and get the ball rolling.

ETA: Dreams and passion are two different things.

I think you need to ask yourself deep down in your heart, why you want to do this.

If you're doing it to be true to yourself, you love it, you're sad when you don't, you want to do it to help other people and you know you have some talent.

Those things may come in time, so never be afraid to keep pushing. Fuck anyone who gets in the way, nt literally though HAH

I love to sing, and write poetry and songs. I love music, and will for the rest of my life. I'm going to perform some of my stuff soon, my arm is broken and I can't play guitar right now. I don't know if I will make it big, but I don't give a stuff, I want to sing, for me and to make anyone happy.

Follow your dreams, but be honest with yourself. You are a unique person, like the rest of us, what is it that you want to say?

It's ok if you don't know yet :)
