Should I go for circumcision?

All that says is that the kid's name was 'Jesus' before he was conceived and remained so for at least eight days after he was born. There is nothing in that that says the kid needed to be cut, or if he did/was (unlikely), that it 'took'. :)
 
The first time my foreskin went back all of the way I was about 10, it was very sensitive. For some guys the forskin stays over the glans until a latter age.
Of course there is smegma under the foreskin, sometimes it is painful to remove as it adheres to the glans. If it seems to be stuck to your dick head try soaking in a tub of hot water, gently clean and work the smegma loose. The hot water also makes the foreskin easier to move back.

If there is any truth to this story/situation, I'd bet that the doctor only brought up circumcision as a last/extreme alternative, a scare tactic, and/or to get the patient's full attention.

In the shower every day, 'skin pulled back and rubbed for a minute with a very soapy wash cloth, seems to help with the sensitivity for me....i also pull back when i piss to help with additional hygenie maintaince--and keep from making a mess.

I'm uncut. I was also one of those with very tight foreskin. This was 10 years ago or so. I was presented with 2 choices: either get cut or stretch. I went via the stretching route. It was very painful at first. But after 3 months it was stretched enough to be comfortable.

Anyway, the point is I never had any thing like smegma on my guy, before or after the stretching.

Nowadays, I wash every day in the shower by pulling the skin back and rub it with soap using the palm of the hands. I would never give up the sensitivity. I love it. It feels very good down there for me when done right.

As far as anaesthesia goes.....you do realize that it wears off, don't you? The pain isn't felt during the procedure whether under local or general anaesthesia....it is after the anaesthesia wears off.

Given your previous posts and the fact that you can't even tolerate the discomfort of showering off some cock cheese...I'd say that surgical procedures are something you should avoid.

If you have phimosis so bad that the skin can't retract...then put some effort into stretching your skin until it can.

This, in a (pun intended) nutshell. I would suggest seeking the assistance of a mental health professional as you are clearly in need of it.

As for circumcision..... I've been circumcised for as long as I remember, it hasn't negatively affected my sex life at all. My partner just turned 30 (yes, he's still just a kid compared to me) but my cock is more than sufficient to satisfy him every time. Will it be painful to go through the process of circumcision? Definitely. And that pain doesn't immediately stop once the foreskin is removed, it will continue to hurt for some time. Will it inevitably be any easier to clean yourself? More than likely not. Will it prevent contaminants from being trapped inside the foreskin and building up? Yes. But it wont change the fact that you still have to wash up regularly, optimally daily, but if you only wash every other day you'll be OK.

How often do you wash currently?
 
I think I might not want to go for circumcision.

Once you cut it off, it's gone forever. You can never have it back again.



Also, I heard that the foreskin have nerves. So if you're cut, it will be less pleasureable for you during sex.
 
Someone I know went through a surgery a few years ago and he needed to get a circumcision; he always says how he hated it since day 1, how painful it was, it fucked up his sexual activity for a long time, lost sensibility, anything he wore bothered him, he couldn´t sleep in a certain position etc.

You might want to talk with someone who went through this, but also you might want to find another doctor.
 
I had the problem with the tight foreskin too and ended up going for the circumcision.

I know a lot of people are completely against but for me I don't regret it at all.

I was 19 or 20 when I got it done and to be honest I don't remember the pain but I remember how annoying and sensitive it was when your penis brushes against anything. I was told not to wear tight underwear then told to wear tight underwear over and over but found tight underwear was the best bet.

I took the dressing off as well because it annoyed me so much. The nurse told me whatever is more comfortable. You will piss all sorts of new ways for a few days too. I managed to even piss upwards while I wasn't even erect.
Couldn't masturbate for a while. Think I lasted 12 days before I ended up going for it. Haven't had any problems at all.
