Should I go to therapy?

Forget therapy and pay for a few sessions with a good Life Coach - that's perfectly acceptable in the UK.
 
I think since you asked you must think you need it....so you have nothing to lose by talking to a therapist. If things don't work out, then just don't continue with it.

I've never been to one, so I really can't tell you if its worth it, but it's definitely worth a try.

Life Coaches are iffy. There are some great ones out there, and lots of useless ones. The problem with life coaches is licensure and training. Its not consistant, and not very good in general. Of course, I do see that you qualified your statement with good, but still it bears being pointed out.
