And no you don't have to physically force him. Verbally/emotionally forcing someone is just as much of a rape.

It is more of a threat then actually doing. I wouldn't tell the kids parents unless he really fucked my place up. But yes I agree with some of the other people, it is your fault for letting him stay/use your house. I would say don't try and blackmail, let it go.
 
I agree with everyone else....it is your own fault. I would set him down and explain that he has lost your trust and leave it at that....but blackmail is blackmail....and the last thing you want to do is be "that creepy guy" on the block which you know you would be if the whole scheme backfired on you.

The legal issues and ramifications of this are immense - you provided a place for minors to drink alcohol underage (admittedly not knowingly) and they you are going to try and blackmail the kid. This will end badly for you if you have any further interaction with him.
 
WTF? If you are an older man....act like a more mature one. You gave one of your most precious thing, you home, into the hands of someone who certainly is not trustworthy and now acts like a teenager who "wants to take advantage of this kid" Oh Shit! Grow up!
