There are token males in those hooker brochures that vendors shove at you when you're walking down the Strip. Some are advertised to perform a private "show" with a female pro and some are for rent to guys. I don't know whether they are present at the brothels though.
 
I wonder what could have become the life of Matthew Shepard if he had hired two guys from an escort agency instead of randomly dating them.

I'm talking about, paying for intimate contact with someone. Sorry, I just think that's sad.

What I find really sad is the self-deception of having a partner whom you don´t really love because you don´t really know what you want or because you don´t want to face the fact that you´d rather cuddle and fuck anyone as long as you don´t feel it´s a transaction (however much you are paying for that "relationship") and can fill a double bed with a human dick and not your dog´s.

Wow, that's pretty full-on. Let me just say, none of what you mentioned applies to me. Nor do I pay for intimacy. I would rather do without, and remain hopeful, than settle for something demeaning (or what you described).

That´s the point of meaningless sex with a guy, apart from basic respect for the other and even for his needs, you don´t care whether he wants to fuck you really bad or finds you attractive: it´s about mere courtesy, which is halfway between the degrading disrespect usually associated with prostitution (usually corresponding with the prudish hypocritical moral view of straight male chauvinists) and the schmaltzy romanticist view usually opposed (reread this thread for examples) as the only valid alternative.

Thats completely different. Matthew Shepard didnt hit on those two guys at the bar, they picked him up to rob him and then killed him. That wasnt a result of any decision he made.

Well, in that case I didn´t got the news right at all back in 1998.
 
I think as long as you understand you will not find love, you are fine, you should get a professional service, from people who are professioals, and after you have got your rocks off, and that out of the way, you can decide to look at the rest of gay life, finding a BF etc, in bars / clubs, without having to worry to much about sex.

A word of warning, it is unemotional sex and you have to be able to handle that yourself.

A would though favor a sauna / bathhouse, as they are usually free, there is loads of sex going on! Depends what the saunas are like where you live
