Good to see that the law failed on the ballot..."Permits state, performers, or any state resident to enforce violations."...even if the "state resident" part was false, what would have triggered a state action? That seems to be left unsaid. From the summaries of the law posted in this thread, it appears to me that the law was written by busybodies who have nothing better to do than to keep other people from doing anything that might "dirty" their mind. What is known about the authors of Proposition 60?
