From my understanding, this thread, beneath the surface, is really for you white guys, right? Because there are many regular non-white racial people on this board, yet, it's only been the white JUB members who've posted their pic thus far. :D :D

I think that's because images of certain races, especially asian, is under-represented (except for in Asia) and that many of us are afraid of what the 'majority' thinks. Heck, I'm a bit embarassed to show myself because I'd be the first non-white to show a pic of bare me. :(

You would hardly be the first non-white, and I think you're being rather hard on the JUB membership. While it is true that we all have our tastes, people who don't care for asians, or latinos, or middle eastern, or black simply won't comment on someone's pictures...they're not going to post a rude comment such as "eewwww, I don't like <fill in the blank>. I think you're being a bit self-racist, if that's a valid term. Don't worry about it...love yourself, and let others who will love you do so, and those for whom you are not their cup of tea will simply not comment. Unless it's just that you are plain shy or nervous about posting pics of yourself, and then that is a whole different issue, but again, it's yours, not ours.

Also, did it occur to you that possibly it could just be that there are not as many members who are of a certain ethnic group as you might think? For instance, I find middle eastern men to be incredibly hot & sexy as a rule, but there are hardly any who are members of JUB who ALSO post pictures. There are only 3 whom I can think of, and 2 were "one time wonders" (Alladdin and some Persian guy), Doodee is the only regular that I am aware of.

Either way, point taken. However, I'm really not. Being so would cause a rather tristic life on my part.
Simply being cautious was all. Although, indeed, I can be overly modest at times (going off-topic).





edit- I just realized, I utterly forgot that I have a whole stack of pictures located in my homepage!! Don't know why that escaped me. Guess that means I need to start posting on here more often. Like the old times.

Well, so much for modesty.

Well, a bit true, but not so much as I was simply trying to be cautious. It's a combination of both, but more of the being cautious than being sensitive.

(but anyways, that being cautious is over now, now that I remembered my pics...)
