Some guys' asses here look like they've had a lot of wear and tear, much more than others and some to the point of looking like they must be sore/uncomfortable. This isn't a criticism, but rather I'm genuinely curious: are those cases where the person has engaged in fisting or other more extreme acts? Is it hemorrhoids? Or does that happen to everyone over time just from bottoming and the occasional hemorrhoid?
