Just got in from watching Transformers. It was spoilt by a group of ASSHOLES :grrr: Can you imagine them talking and laughing loudly behind you? They must have see it before and were discussing whats going to happen. I was so pissed off. ](*,)

I think form now I will wait patiently for the DVD and watch it at home. After all I have a faily good home theatre system. Will be getting a 46" LCD TV soon.

True, they were jerks but I don't think that would happen to you again...

Which is one of the reasons I stopped going to movie theaters and just buy the DVD instead.

I know what you are saying!!!! Next to my bf was a man who kept laughing every other minute. He would laugh at scenes that weren't even funny like people or machines being hurt. He totally ruined it for us. Several times I said loudly,"that's not even funny!" and I stared at him. I think his friend told him to be quiet cause around the end he was not laughing as much. He were gonna move but there were no seats and my sister and mom were with us. He made me so made! One of my peeves has always been people who nervous laugh.

Yeah teenagers are the main reason I also hated going to the movies, because they just love to put their feet on your seat and kick the shit out of it. Plus the younger teenagers giggling, and laughing during the movie. I always have that feeling of saying "Shut the fuck up!"

Lets not forget about "those people" who flip their cell phones open and play around with it. THe fucking light that glimmers from the screens makes the theater look like studio 54. And it is always the middle-aged yuppie. I shall kill one day, kill.

I'm gonna let the movie die down a little before i go see it - fucking geeks.

Ohh that same thing happened to me when I went to see the Matrix Reloaded (part ii)....wanted to do some Neo ass-kicking matrix shit on them.

Baaaaddddllyyyy.

It was the same way at the Spider-man 3 opening.

In terms of inappropriate laughing, hooting and hollering, and all that....

Either way, I think the cinema is still a good reason to go out for an evening....

After all, not all the shows go that way. When I saw Hot Fuzz, everyone managed to behave themselves.

Maybe it's different with comedies though...

I thought only theaters around here were like that... kids aren't raised to respect the movies anymore... they had ushers when I was a kid... and I ain't that old... now days, kids have been taken to the theater since they were crying babies and they have no idea the ettiquette of the theater...

I used to go to 25-30 movies a year... now, I go maybe twice a year...

And it's not just the kids... it's taking calls and talking... not answering and going out to talk... it's non-stop text messaging... hell, I've sat in front of a couple once, she translated the movie into Spanish for her date... every line... every scene...

I find this annoying as hell too. Whatever happened to ushers at the cinema ?!

I once had a guy behind me put his tennis shoe on top of my seat and it hit my head! I was pissed and he was like "what?" Like I was wrong! People are so low class these days it isn't even funny. Everyone wants to be all hard core.

Actually Spider-Man 3 was pretty quiet except for that baby. People need to stop bringing their children, the ones that cry the ones that whine and say I'M SCARED! Can you believe that a 5 year old got scared because he was watching Transformers? What the fuck? Then someone got scared because of Spider-Man 3 with the Venom scene, I swear you just feel like slapping the parents!
