On June 7, 2023, NewTumbl informed its Twitter followers that the NSFW blogging platform was indeed shutting down, although it didn’t use those exact words. “It’s been a blast,” the post read. “Thanks for your patronage. We hope you enjoyed your time at NewTumbl.”

There you go. The safe space for the most explicit porno is gone.

We'll all be puritans by the time the revolution is over.

Without warning, my newTumbl account was cancelled on 30 May 2023. When I tried to login the message said, "account deleted for violating our terms of service".

What still bothers me is I never got to make a final statement to all my online buddies.
