Signs My 'Straight' friend gives me

Well the Valentines day thing was odd - but if neither of you had anyone to spend it with - perhaps he just wanted to go to a bar and have a few drinks (provided you are old enough) - but odd still. And as far as changing or adjusting his clothes in front of you - I have no problem in front of my male friends to adjust my clothes - don't read into that. And if your zipper was undone - he was probably just being professional in not announcing to everyone around that your fly was open. I don't know about this one - he could just be either a very touchy feeley person - or he may be interested. Try doing some innocent flirting back and see where it goes.

So what do these signs mean, and please no bad comments.

P.S. He did tell me one time that he was shy.

Alright I'm going to tell everything that he would show me that would make me believe he is at least bisexual.

1. When were talking he would stare me in my eyes and the feeling is so strong that I would think he could see inside me.

2. I noticed also when I'm around him and there is someone with us he'll tell a joke and would look my way to make sure that I'm laughing, even if the jokes aren't funny.

3. Also I caught him a few times catching a glimpse at my butt a few times.

4. We shake hands like 3 times in under 5 MINS. (Who shakes someone hands that much?).

5. He always checks me out whenever we talk with each other and looks me up and down.

6. He smiles and laughs with me when we talk.

7. We exchanged numbers on Valentine's Day and he was happy about that because he was smiling, and he also asked what I was doing that night. (Did I mention it was on Valentine's Day)

8. One time when my pants were unzipped he was busy tending to his customers, and when they were gone he said," I was trying to tell you on the low that your pants were unzipped", meaning he was looking the whole time right?

9. Last thing I can think of is when I went the other day, he was unzipping his pants and fixing his clothes right there in front of me, 2 TIMES!!!! and was I excited lol.

Yeah its alot but hey that's the only way I can express what really happens when were around each other.

Yeap...That's pretty much what we Bi-Guys do...Looking you up and down is a "give-a-way"...And whenever I want a guy to know I'm checking him out I make sure he catches me checking out his Butt when he looks back at me. Associates or co-workers will always be a bit more "friendly" when they get some attention...

Harmless flirting is never a crime in a Bisexual man's world. He is your friend and you'll have to determine if you want to "go-there" with him or just let it stand as casual flirting...And if you'd never go there with him at all just enjoy the attention...;)

I'm with a lot of the other people on here. We gay men usually tend to read more into stuff like that more than straight men do. And I can relate to what you're going through. I fell for my best guy friend once, and hard, because I read the signs wrong. I mean, don't get me wrong, we still talk and everything, but it was hard for two years because I could never tell him how I felt. What made it worse, was when I would stay over at his house, he would invite me to sleep with him (not sexually), and it was weird. Not weird in a bad way, just weird. Cause I knew he was straight, but I had strong feelings for him. Okay, enough of my rambling, back on topic now.
