maybe it's just me, but it seems that it's now "bad" to be a size queen. why? surely if we as a modern society accept sexual openness, then we should tolerate ALL sexual likes, provided they aren't harming others.

I agree that there's nothing wrong with having our own preferences. What matters is how it's expressed. I think that people feel more comfortable hearing of a preference for something average or typical (thinking "yeah that's me, I fit that norm"), compared with a preference for larger, which might make them think they're inadequate or excluded, whether this is expressed or not.

I think that's where the shaming of size queens can stem from. I'm not saying it's right - someone says they prefer a huge cock, someone else feels insecure about it, or resentful that they're excluded for something they can't change. I think the shaming or perception of it is also added to by the size queen's emphasis on a body part rather than the quality of the person, and that quality of worth is tied to physicality, which those who don't fit the size preference may find dehumanising.

Personally, I think if sex is the key focus and hoped-for or expected outcome of a discussion (such as on a hookup app or when negotiating a hookup in person), then expressing size preferences is perfectly reasonable and helps to ensure compatibility.
