Skim Milk: Yay Or Nay?

We're a 2% household. Skim milk doesn't even look appealing.

I finish a gallon of milk in 4 days.

Only this week emptied my fridge of milk.
Dairy products generally are a no no
And I live in a country dependant on selling its Dairy

I go with the 1% milk, hate skim milk.

I drink full fat or 'lite' milk, depends on whats available at the time. If I am going to be drinking it I will usually choose the 'lite' (nowhere near skim, but marginally less fatty than full cream). However in cooking, coffee, small glasses etc I choose the full fat, full flavor good ole fashion MILK.

No to skim because:

1/ no taste
2/ better off with drinking water.

Yes I drink skim. Anything else and all I can think about is blood and puss for some reason. I'm not a big fan of milk in general.
