I’ve personally never been the type to sleep in, I generally wake up at the latest at 6am. So I’m most definitely an early bird.

not an early bird---wish I was because early morning can be very nice--- but never got up at 5 or 6am unless I was flying somewhere---

I want to sleep in, but I get very little opportunity to do so. I'm up most days at 6, but some Sundays I'll sleep in till noon.

Until this past year I was always up at 6:00, now some days I sleep until 10 or 11, I think it's the meds that I have started taking that have this effect.

I can be either..dependng on my schedule and what I have to do...also the season....

I sleep in more in the fall and winter months..

I sleep in till 8:00 or sometimes later, but don't like to sleep in too late like 10:00 AM.

usually I am up by 7 am. in bed before 11 most nights. Getting old I guess.

Strong preference for sleeping in but my body rarely cooperates.

I might rest in bed longer, but I'm usually awake quite early. I have to be at work by 6:30, so even on off days, I'm primed to wake.

Cannot sleep in. Cannot. Have always hated it, even as a teen.

For some reason this week, I've been sleeping until 6 or 7, and waking groggy. That was after waking and re-sleeping in the night, but still quite odd.

Younger people sleep in. Older people rise early. More or less.

I am usually up by 5am.

I could sleep in til 3pm when i was a teen, nowadays i barely sleep.

Night Owl by biological clock, always have been.

Morning person if needed. Getting a little better with mornings as I age ungracefully.

I cannot get to sleep early, much to my detriment if the next morning requires an early alarm.

From a young age, I detested early bedtimes and still do.

Definitely a late riser also, and when I do wake up early in the morning, I'm finding it kind of depressing, especially if it is isn't very bright out.

I wish this weren't so. I would like to be able to fit society's schedules more readily

Im def not an early bird. I also work nights so Im used to being up all night. I get off work around 730am and drive home. It takes a bit to wind down. I'll go to bed at 9 and sleep all day. On my days off I'll go to bed between 3 and 5am. Night shifts are hard to get used to and there is little to no social life. It sucks.
