A friend once said he was found wandering the house one night, and had to resort to placing a soaking wet towel on the floor near the door so the cold wet feeling would wake him up.

I've been told on occasions I mumble some things in my sleep, but not recently.

My dad definitely sleep talks. Sometimes it sounds like night terrors.

I can lucidly dream which IMO is just as scary as sleep walking.

My sister does both! XD I once was leading her to her room after she fell asleep in mine, and she walked past her room to the kitchen, grabbed a fork from the drawer, and laid down on the living room couch with it! XD

When I was living with my mother, I used to wake up with my underwear pulled down all the time. (Never all the way off like CupidBoy experienced, butt just below my butt.) And since I slept with my door locked, my horny subconscious mind was obviously the culprit, taking over for my horny conscious mind while it was resting.

This actually prompted me to buy a black and white security camera, as I wanted to see exactly what my subconscious mind was doing to me while I was asleep. Although I mounted it above my bed, I never taped myself while I was sleeping, because I didn't want to have to sleep with the light on.

I've sleep driven before when I was on ambien. I woke up and found my truck parked on the lawn, door open, and keys in the ignition. Nothing missing except some gas...

I have on occasion. One time I woke up and found myself trying to open the door to go outside. Another time I woke up standing on my box spring for the bed with the mattress on the other side of the bedroom.

i've dont it once, and it was when i was taking some weird antibiotics

I woke up outside on the bench by my apartment, i was still fully clothed, and i was woken up by a woman jogging early in the morning. When i got back to my apartment my door was closed but unlocked, nothing was stolen(thankfully) but my freezer door was open and my popsicles and ice in the ice tray melted. Also my electric bill was higher that month

I've done it many times most likely due to sleep deprivation. When I was young I got up and dismantled my parents dining room table and made the whole family breakfast. My dad saw the whole thing but just watched...I think he thought I was on drugs. when they asked me about it I thought they were kidding but it happened quite alot for abought four years. really quite unnerving. Just recently after having both hips replaced I awoke to find my smoke alarm going off and a banquet chicken in the oven at 430 am.I stopped taking the pain killers I was given as i live alone. Scary stuff especially sleep driving.

I used to sleep walk and sleep talk when I was a kid. My mother, and both of my sister's kids sleepwalk too.

I haven't (to my knowledge) done it in a long time.

I've never sleepwalked that I or my family/friends know of, but I still do talk in my sleep (on occasion). I was sleeping on the living room couch when my son and two of his buddies came in. I apparently said as clear as day, "No, mahatma I do not fully agree with your philosophies and practices." They busted out laughing, which awoke me, and asked me what I was talking about. They thought "mahatma" was an Ojibwe (Native American) word I'd spoken. Ha ha, I was dreaming about riding atop an old time train and discussing philosophies with Ghandi himself! :) I still remember that dream like it were yesterday.

Hahaha, i had a friend who used to do the same thing. Once when i spent the night over at his place he said in his sleep "i have to save her, she's being chased". But i didnt know he'd fallen asleep so i asked him "what?!?" and woke him up. He said something about a girl being chased by bats, and he was supposed to kill all the bats" or something like that. Also another time he said "no i dont want any more food, i have to save the universe" and that i recorded because he didnt believe he talked in his sleep

I don't sleep walk or sleep talk. But I've always been really fascinated of people who do, for some reason. I find it really interesting. But I have mumbled things at times in my sleep and woken myself up by it. Sometimes I've probably done it without waking. Maybe I'm on the edge of sleep talking in the near future - haha! I guess I should be happy that I live alone.

Not even joking here, I get real touchy in my sleep. I've woken up at night with my underwear off, or touching myself, or jerking off. It's really weird.

I used to do both. Not sure if I do any more, it wasn't so much sleep talking as sleep swearing though
