Sleeping naked is good for you.

I started to sleep naked a few months ago. Feels great~

Yep - been sleeping naked since I was about 14. Every now and again a kind relative (not knowing my sleeping habits) buys me pyjamas - they never even get taken out of their plastic wrapping. When I spent a few days in hospital last year, I just wore boxers and a t-shirt.

yea, sleeping nude rules..... also have been sleeping naked since early teens and guess I will til the day I die....

I have nightshirts that I made out of mercerized Swiss cotton that feel nicer than my sheets, and so I wear those sometimes, but I prefer pajama top and bottom - short ones for summer and long sleeves in the winter. I prefer wearing warm pajamas in the winter to turning on the heat. I left the kitchen window open last night, and the inside temperature dropped to 68°. I'll have to remember not to do that again.

I only sleep naked if I'm with someone - then they can keep me warm.

I always have to sleep in something. Nude just doesn't work for me.

I sleep naked all the time... Have for many many years....

I don't like the feeling of my boys being restricted while I sleep ..or anything being restricted for that matter...

my bf however usually sleeps with lounge pants. Because I like it cold in my room.
