Have slept nude since my teens, And never had any problems. I do wear A vest and boxers if I am staying at someone elses home. Must be a family thing as I know my younger brother also sleeps nude.

Never heard of it being bad for oyu ????

yes, it is healthier than sleeping in pajamas or underwear.
Not just because your night time sweat isn't held in, but it allows your testes to stay cooler and away from your body heat, which is not good for sperm manufacture.
If you must wear something in bed, a loose nightshirt would be the next healthiest thing.

What billy says is true, since it allows the scrotum to self regulate optimum teste temperature.

edit: and for the OP, I sleep mostly nude, but always in briefs, sometimes with a light cotton t-shirt on. light cotton t-shirt is best for keeping skin off skin which causes me annoyance in summer etc.

I always sleep nude. I can't think of any reason why sleeping nude would be unhealthy or bad for you. that doesn't make any sense. Your friend has no clue what he's talking about.

I sleep nude occasionally. I;ll usually wear a t shirt and my boxers. Since moving to Australia and the weather is getting colder, i wear more stuff ( a hoodie ) because it was too cold for tropical boy like me.

I've been sleeping nude since a few months before my 17th birthday (I'll be 40 this September). Every now & then, if it's really cold, I'll wear a t-shirt to bed (and of course if there's lack of privacy, I'll sleep in boxers), but I'm so much more comfortable sleeping nude.

I love sleeping in the nude. I started when I lived on my own toward the end of college until I had some family members move in with me. Then when I was back on my own I started sleeping in the nude again. I only put boxers on if some is spending the night or I'm staying at someone's place.
