my friend used to wrap the corn spread button on the corn, sprinkle a little fresh rosemary and then cook it that way...so yummy...

Oh yum!So many things you can do with those tomatoes once they are done.You can turn them into a nice smokey tomato soup and top with some crumbled bacon.Use them as sauce for a homemade pizza,or toss them into some cooked pasta and top with sauted garlic,more olive oil and shavings of parmesan.And you can mix them with the corn(taken off the cob)and combine with black beans and some herbs to make a delicious salsa....

I'm making pasta putanesca for some people who are moving into my area. Today is moving day for them so I thought dinner would come in handy. I might have to make some more tomatoes tho, I ate a lot od them last night
