small car demands keeps prices high

The Smart Car, by Mercedes Benz, only passed the Federal crash tests last year and started being sold in the US last fall.

I'm going to hell. !oops!

But after nearly taking a Lincoln Town Car head on at ~120mph opposing speed, I just didn't feel safe in my MINI any more. Honestly, the MINI didn't get as great of fuel economy as many people thought. Over nearly three years I'd say it averaged 28-29mpg on 93 octane. At least the Charger runs on 87, but it only gets 18/23mpg. I have thought about selling my Charger and going back to a small car, but in all reality someone's going to be driving it. It might as well be me as long as I can afford it. My next car isn't going to have a V8; that's for sure. #-o

I was in a head on collision in 1987. The only thing that saved me was the fact I was driving a 3/4 ton GMC truck. (the other driver didn't survive).

I love my Mustang GT with it's V8. I'm just thankful it's not my everyday car! Although it did get amazing gas mileage driving to St. Louis!

..| You guys made my day!

I have been waiting for so long to see the majority of people look at the choices that they make and actually care enough to make a good decision. It took hitting peoples pocket books to do it but at least it is a positive change to be more responsible in making decisions. I thank you! The environment thanks you! :D(*8*)
