I used to be really self-conscious as a boy. I knew I was small, and hid myself as much as possible in the changing rooms. I think it led me to have an exhibitionist streak in the end.

According to https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/average-penis-size, the average penis size 3.61" soft, 5.16" hard. I'm not sure I believe that though. I think the average hard size is bigger than that.
