I could see people's attitude about their penis size being more of a turn off than their actual penis size. I know it's difficult to break out of that negative mentality, but that does more damage than your penis size. How you see yourself affects how others see you. Don't create self-fulfilling prophecies.

Yes, this - a 100%. I've been trying to post this for a few days now, but somehow I just can't figure out a way to say it nicely. But a guy complaining about his small cock (whether it's actually small or not) is equally annoying as the douche bragging about his huge cock. Most people (and hookups don't count as most people) don't care and don't want to hear it.

This is probably true. However, for those of us who have a small cock, it's still not exactly a good thing. It definitely affects self esteem, and not in a positive way.

I don't know how it would be problematic to top. I don't have experience with small-dicked men. But based on various toys and various positions I've tried with my guy, or by myself, I don't understand how a small penis is a dealbreaker for topping. If my boyfriend had a small dick and couldn't top that's not a deal-breaker. If my boyfriend had a small dick and wouldn't top, I'd be disappointed - in him, not his dick.

Turns out I got a bigger than average guy, but that was not a criteria, not something I was looking for, not sure how I would have even known, and I wouldn't have cared. I agree with corny & kiwils about attitude being way more important than size.
