Some of the older pics are exhibitionists who didn't give a damn.

Some of the newer pics are "influencers" who will do anything to make a buck.

For either, shame and self-respect aren't on their radar.
 
Ok, I’m going to do something I don’t normally do, and make fun of a person’s appearance. If you have a tiny head you might not want to bulk up and make it look even tinier. Also, I would definitely nickname him Dumbo if I knew him in person
