Source, plz? The average girth in the US definitely isn't 6.3"; i'm 7 x 6 and, though not huge, i'm larger than average. I've also spoken to quite a few guys in the UK who're quite big; about 8", though average girth.

But I will concede that a lot of guys from the UK seem to have phimosis, so the foreskin doesn't really retract properly. I can't speak for everyone, but just the dudes i've personally seen.

Well, ironically, it would be more prevalent in the Europe vs. the USA. . .simply because there are more uncut men in the UK than there are in America for it to happen to. I've only spoken to about. . .20 men from the UK, and 8 of them had a foreskin that wouldn't fully retract. 2 had radical phimosis (as in, their foreskin has never retracted and didn't know it was supposed to for some odd reason) and three had to seek medical treatment for it. The rest have healthy pen0rs. I obviously haven't spoken to the entire United Kingdom, so I couldn't tell you anything more than my personal experience. lol
