I'm currently making a video, which I will be putting on my sharing site. Just wanted to show a few pics from it... hope you like them ;)

The staining on one of my fingers is from many years of smoking... which I proudly quit a month ago today. I feel a lot better giving up! lol

The links came in very handy, and I've managed to get some sort of plan together. I printed it out, put it in my office and will be sticking to this plan.

Day one went alright, but a mishap somewhat embarrassed me:
Bent down to touch my toes and riiiiiiiiiiiiiiip!!. That sound was my boxer shorts ripping in the most unimaginable of places! LOL

hmm.. guess you could say "What a ripper!" :rotflmao:

Silly me did'nt realise I was wearing a pair that was one size too small. No wonder they felt tight around my butt!! LOL
 
:eek: just realised I put my foot in it.

The links referred to stretching excersizes (spell check not working! LOL) for the penis!! :rotflmao: I wont tell you how much I blushed!

Other than that, I did manage to find a site about body excersize, and printed out a workout plan. Phew.. that's that cleared up!
