Alright so this is gonna seem wird, but I wanna know

"Cut or Uncut?"

Not cuz I'm a creepy perv, but because my boyfriend brought my attention to the fact that its possible to regrow one's foreskin. He's uncut, I'm cut. I've been considering trying this for a few reasons, and decided I could come here for a bit of advice.

So I wanna know:
Cut or uncut?
What are the benefits of uncut? (if applicable)

Which is better on a partner? (I've only been with ucut guys so don't know what its like for them being with a cut guy)

Thanks for the help in advance:-)

You can not REGROW foreskin. Who ever said that is a few cards short of a full deck.

Some MAY be able to stretch the cut off foreskin back somewhat depending on how much was cut off in the first palce.. But it will NEVER be the same. To many nerve endings are gone.

If you cut off a finger is it going to regrow back????? If it aint broke dont fix it...

Dont know what your friend is on but he is way wrong..

This thread is an argument waiting to happen.

I think the benefits of being uncut are pretty much the same as being cut.

That's all I got to say.

The question is weird only in that it hasn't been asked in the last couple of months. We used to see it once a week.

The general consensus - and there's a LOT of dissension - is that uncut is preferable to cut, but once it's been cut, you're cut. You can certainly put something on in place of the foreskin - something he can play around with - but there won't be any nerve endings or increase of feeling.

Once the foreskin is gone, it's gone. In 10 years, they will probably be able to take a cadaver donor foreskin, etch out the donor's cells and seed it with your own cultured stem cells and then sew it on your dick. Until then, you won't have a foreskin. But start saving money because that would probably cost a hundred thousand. Euros, dollars, pounds, it doesn't really matter which.

Even without a real foreskin, there may be some advantage in "restoring" and stretching the remaining skin over the end of your dick. It would protect the head like a normal foreskin, even though it wouldn't have all the same nerves. And that protection might improve the sensitivity of your glans.

So, do you spend the next year restoring? I dunno. But you might try covering the end of your dick for a few weeks and see if you notice any difference in sensation? It would be a good decision-making experience I think.

I began natural foreskin restoration techniques a couple years ago, and today I have managed to grow enough skin* to fold over the glans and then some. Even a urologist thought I was intact, until I rolled back the skin to show the scar.

To say one can ‘regrow the foreskin’ is a misnomer. The skin you grow will act like the foreskin only insofar as protecting the glans. Many men (myself included) report increased sensitivity associated with this result. However, the functional parts of the foreskin that were amputated during the practice known as “circumcision” can never grow back, most notably (though certainly not least); the frenulum.

The natural, non-surgical techniques used to grow a ‘foreskin’ are painless, virtually risk-free, and only require dedication; especially in the first few months.

If it is something you’d like to pursue, I’d recommend it. While I am still very upset over the violation of my individual human rights (“my body, my choice”), having regrown a semblance of what was stolen has allowed me to recover a measure of empowerment over my body.

I used the tape technique, and never used weights or any other gimmicks. Just a few rolls of regular surgical tape from the drug store, and I was good to go! (Surgical tape sticks to skin, but does not leave a messy residue when removed.)

* For those who don't know, you can 'trick' your body into growing more skin than it needs on virtually any part; like people that grow out their earlobes to use plugs. The skin on the shaft of the penis is no exception. Using gentle stretching methods reinforced with simple tape, you can create a 'pull' on the skin that will eventually result in new skin being grown. Depending on how dedicated you are, and how long you maintain the practice, you can grow enough additional skin on the shaft of the penis to fold over the head -- a pseudo foreskin. The skin growth is permanent and looks/feels totally natural. For more information just Google "natural foreskin restoration".

I'm uncut, but if I were circumcised I would leave it alone.

Most men and women in the U.S. prefer it that way, and some even have very negative reactions to uncut cocks. I remember on Chelsea's roundtable, Guy Branum said he refused to deal with one guy's uncut cock and turned him away. :?

Trying to regrow a foreskin seems like a lot of pain and effort with questionable benefit. I doubt you would ever get results that came close to having your foreskin intact from the start. You're also adding work for yourself as you have to pull it back and forth whenever you wash or piss and there's increased chance of infection.

Sorry, but we're going to be too busy trying to cure actual PROBLEMS to get around to restoring a goddamn foreskin for more than 10 years.

The best thing attached to a dick is a wonderful guy that you love very much. Nothing else really matters. :)

Every once in a while there is an exceptional piece of wisdom shared here, and this is it on this thread. We are either cut or uncut period. As an uncut man, I would never want to have my foreskin cut off. It is a source of way too much pleasure. Of course it presents the need for good hygiene, but so does a cut cock.

All that said, HOTDOG is exactly right in his comment.

If we weren't meant to have foreskins, we'd be born without them.

Your first one should not be bolded. It is not a limb or an essential part, and circumsized men are not cripples. That is a load of bullshit. Your 3rd one is subjective. Not everyone views circumsized men as imperfect. Removing the appendix or tonsils counts as "excision of parts." Are those procedures mutilation, as well?

Hey assholes, yeah, you guys who go around talking about your "intact" penises and how dumb it is people get themselves "mutilated":

Most of us didn't get a choice. In the United States getting snipped is pretty much automatic after you come out of the womb, and has to be requested not to be performed. If you want to stop the practice, bring the fight to the profession as a denial of a personal and important choice instead of insulting the alleged victims for having "ugly", "imperfect" cocks.

<< runs and grabs some popcorn. Or am I too late? Answer the OP's question, but let's not beat this (war about circ/uncirc) over a dead horse! There's waaaay too many cut/uncut threads on JUB. Yes you can STRETCH whatever you've got left into a foreskin. It won't have the 20k+ nerve endings in it, BUT it will unthicken the callused cock head you have, it'll turn smooth again. And jacking off will feel good. So yes, it is a good idea! Google TLC Tugger. He did it. His wife loves his new cock!!

I love 'em both, however I am against routine infant circ. The idea alone just makes no sense. However, what's done is done and I can appreciate any kind of adult male cock, as long as it's clean. Can you?

The OP meant "stretch your shaft skin into an actual foreskin". It can be done. Google TLC Tugger. He & his wife both love his 'new uncut' penis.

This is more anticirc nonsense.

I like my circumcision for a lot of reasons including simplified hygiene and better looks. My wife likes it not only for its aesthetic results but also for oral sex. Circumcision is not mutilation but minor plastic surgery.

Incidently a final loss of nerve endings in the foreskin is not correct. The nerves go up the shaft to the foreskin. After circumcision they are reactivated, with addtional nerve endings in the shaft. It results in additional erotic pleasure. Why endure pain when you have gain?
