Absolutely love oysters. Just don't look at them too much.

I was struck by the difference between the small oysters in the Northwest best served with a mignonette, vs the big fat chicken-thigh sized New Orleans oysters, slathered with cocktail sauce and horseradish.

Also a big fan of clams, especially those littlenecks.
