yep! just make sure there is plenty of cheese and jalapenos.

i love nacho's in a restarunt if they are made right
i howeer do not like cheese sauce or peppers on them

There are other kind of Nachos you can have and that you might like better. The ones that are young, hispanic and are called Ignacio (like Ugly Betty's dad)... a common nickname for Ignacio is Nacho. :-<

oh man... i knew a 'nacho' back in the day.

/sigh

Yes, but I like to have everything on it. The meat, beans, cheese, sour cream, and olives. YUM......

mmmmm, musicman, that's the classic "7-layer" dip, an excellent nacho ensemble. only, yours is like the gazillion-layer dip. or something.

I miss my oven. the toaster oven is just not big enough to handle a full baking sheet of:

Snyder's of Hanover Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips (It used to be Publix generic brand "No-Salt Tortilla chips" - once again, yellow corn - but they don't carry the ones I like anymore) Arrayed about like so many little yellow islands on a baking sheet sea, each with its own lil dollop of:

Publix generic medium salsa - "Compare to Pace," it says, in small letters. So I quit using Pace. It's really the same stuff, just cheaper, and comes in a more functional (if less attractive) jar.

(not that this has anything to do with nachos, but do you know that you can google "reefer cat piss" and find out why your reefer smells like cat piss? I <3 google)

a little dab of Star Kist smoked tuna in a pouch helps squash down the out of control pepper onion and tomato chunks in the salsa (or tomato down the squash chunks? you think you're confused?)

shredded cheese - pepper jack or sharp cheddar, or both. mixed. *gasp*

actually, i make a mean guacamole.

and i bet i could carry on a relationship with a tomatillo

my mom used to make them like this:

corn tortillas quartered with about a spoonful of refried beans, shredded cheese and topped off with a slice of jalapeno. the lot was baked in the oven until the cheese melted then finished off with guacamole and sour cream if so desired.

mmm...
