After eight months I get dumped tonight!!!! I need something to cheer me up! Man, life sucks!!!

Oh...the "I'm not good enough for you..." one. I've never understood that one--is that really supposed to make you feel better?

There's no easy way out of this, I'm afraid. It's really trite to use such a worn-out cliche, but it really does feel less intense in time. Give yourself time to heal, lean on your friends for support and distraction, and focus on the future. Also, pamper yourself--go get a quart of your favorite ice cream, log onto JUB, and get a sugar-high.

Start making plans now for next weekend. Make yourself busy. As soon as you begin experiencing things w/o him, the easier it is to do again and again.

Time heals - I've been told time and again. There really isn't too many other ways but let time take its course. If only there were pills we can take to mend a broken heart..... Good luck, keep yourself busy, and before you know it, you will be stronger! And happier too. :)

Well boys just remember...the best "revenge" is living well. Being the best person you can be and being happy are the two things that really irritate the person who broke up with you. They think that you are going to pine away for them....but guess what?? You do not. I know what it is like not to have a good answer to the "Why?" question. Go and live life to it's fullest you do not need someone in your life like that anyway!!

Thanks everyone, I am doing much better now. I am over the sad, crying why phase, and now I am just pissed that he wasted my time for so long...... So, does anybody know any hot guys in Kansas? I know.... I need to take more time to get over the last guy. I don't want to make somebody my rebound guy, but being single sucks!
