Freeway traffic has been shitty all day because of the President's visit. Plus, due to work and family bullshit, the day has been an exceptionally fucked up Monday... However, after a tall Bacardi & Coke Zero and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos I can honestly say that my day is now looking up.

I always say to myself how lucky I am that a sequence of events occurred, and it almost seems 'planned' because of all the strings of coincidences. What I think I'm actually experiencing is the so-called 'observer effect' whereby if all these events hadn't happened, I wouldn't very well have the knowledge to call myself unlucky. Or it could even be that what I perceive as lucky could be regarded as unlucky due to events that never happened that I'll never be aware of.
