Very upsetting. I understand it was quite a "freak" accident,

very rare for these animals to attack.

My condolences to his family.
 
Yes, it's very sad ... after 20 years in television, and all of the dangerous animals that he's been around ... for it to be a stingray that finally got him makes it even sadder. But, he died doing what he loved ...
 
knew about it at work this afternoon but just finished listening to the news at yahoo... cant believe he is gone
 
Come on now. Don't tell me you guys didn't expect something like this to happen. PLEASE stop acting surprised. It was an inevitability.
 
Very rare I for these animals to attack??? You've got to be kidding! Irwin made his life challenging these domestic animals, mammals and such. At the very least he was most irresponsible. Nobody wants to see this attack happen to someone, but one should not be surprised that it did.

Yes I am very sad. He was only a year older than myself. He was great eye candy in his early youth. Almost hynotic to watch him and his great bulge not to mention melting good looks and great arms...He was such a hottie and I am so sad for him and his family....:cry: :cry: :cry:
