Today is Sunday.

Half of a grapefruit...OJ...Pancakes and sausage patties.....coffee (the breakfast of a Musketeer!):D

today no breakfast - brunch with momma

but normally ......

greek yogurt with granola and a banana

and maybe 2x a week i'll grab an egg whites/turkey/avocado/swiss wrap - as a treat

breakfast is as rareboy says the most important meal of the day - i didn't always know this but i do now and rather like it

I made bacon and scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast, had orange juice to drink. Usually have just a breakfast bar or oatmeal Monday-Saturday. Sunday is my spurge day.
