Anyone been watching the show this season?

I'm particularly in favor of Sabra winning this year.
 
You know, usually I swing for a guy to win, but I do think Sabra will be the one to win. She is an absolutely amazing dancer, and really deserves it.

That being said, I so hope Neil wins the whole thing. Damn he is hot, and that shirtless dance really just, wow!!! mmmmm

I loved his first dance last night. Especially that cool gymnastics move he did last night. That was hot lol.

Sweet! Sabra is quite amazing, everything they've thrown at her so far she has handled beyond great. Her line and style are awesome. i'm definitely rooting for her this season

Neil is DEF a hottie. and some gymnastics he got there, LOL. although, i *did* see what the judges say about his shoulders curving forward making him look hunched. it's definitely breaking his otherwise nice form (the dancing too, LOL J/K!!)
 
Sabra and Neil were terrific in both their dances last night! Although, I think that Danny has the edge over Neil, but Sabra is the best.

Danny definitely has a huge edge on Neil IMHO. Danny probably has the best technique there, but Sabra is ahead of him, performance-wise and overall ability. :gogirl:

If a guy wins I think Neil will win,he's been coming on strong last 2wks& cuz Danny has too big an attitude & Pasha has been falling short latelty( but damn Neil is fine!!!).. If a girl wins, I think Lacey will, cuz she has a huge built- in fan base from Benji last year. But Sabra will give her a run for her money.

oh yeah! Lacey has a huge fan-base too, that's a big factor.
 
I had to work tonight...who is in the final four?
 
i love everything sabra does. she's amazing. i can't believe she's only danced 4 years. she deserves to win but the audience likes lacey. i think voters got it wrong with benji last year. don't think he was the best. i know danny is good but there's something i don't like about him. i think neil's improved and seems like a good kid. i wonder why he can never get chemistry with his partners?

me too! for 4 years, that is tremendous skill and progress on Sabra's part. and emotion too, that's something you can't teach either! Lacey is talented too, no mistake there, but her fan base is definitely going to help Lacey get the votes. I am rooting for Sabra to win.

i actually voted for Travis last year, since i thought he displayed better talent, but Benji did have unmatched charisma that appealed to a lot of voters. as for Danny, he's finally letting his guard down IMHO, he seemed distant up until 2 weeks ago. Neil has definitely improved, though he really needs to stop rounding his shoulders forward, cuz it does make it look like he's hunched.
 
In my opinion, it's a pretty good show, but I'm not an intimate watcher. Mostly because I don't think this years dancers are up to par with last years. Travis and Benji friggin owned the show, and Dimitri definatly had the 'lady killer' vibe going there.
 
Hmmm, so glad to find a thread for this show. I love it and thinl overall it is the best season that has happened. The damcers have been for the most part up to the challenge each week (though having said that, not last week, but the week before was absolutely horrible). As for my favorites, I think any of the six could win. I believe Danny is the least likely to do so because he doesn't have the charisma that someone mentioned Benji had last year. It isn't that he dances arrogantly, it's just that he doesn't seem to dance with joy. It doesn't seem to come from inside his soul, he seems to be very trained and robotic at times. Is he the best technician left, hell yes. Does he have moves that no one else had, absolutely. Would I rather watch him partner Sabra over Neil or Pacha, no way. So with one out of the way, my vote goes to Sabra on the girls side and Neil on the guys side. Final two, toss up. I'd give it to Sabra because I just feel everything she puts into it every single step and no one else even comes close to that. Thanks for listening to my opinion. And remember to vote!!!!!!!
 
Having said that and being so glad to be able to chat with someone, anyone about this show. I have a comment and tell me if you think I am wrong or right. No offense will be taken. When the finalist have to perform their solos it seems that they are limited to dancing in the category in which they first auditioned, i.e. ballroon, modern, tap, whatever. This seems incredibly unfair and ironic seeing as the point of the whole show is to see these individuals expand their grasp of dance. Why is it when you get to the crucial point and you have to dance a solo that you are limited in the style that you can dance? Frankly, I feel a little like Pascha and Lacey are at a disadvantage because they had to perform solos in the ballroom style. Why not just say "and now performing a solo is ..."? If they have truly expanded their repertoire as dancers, then let's see it. A solo modern routine will almost always be more interesting and entertaining than a solo ballroom routine. This is one part of the show I would like to see changed. I cannot remember her name, but one of the gals that was a ballroom dancer, the Russian gal, was, in my opinion, voted off because she had a weak solo. What can a ballroom dancer do in a solo that can match what someone doing a modern routine can do? I'm just sayin'.

I love the show is amazing and the dancer are really good. I have 3 favorites Sabra, Neil (he is so hot) and Pasha but I also think a women need to win this season. That's why I'm voting for Sabra all the time she is a great dancer. Do you know if today they said who is going home??:gogirl::gogirl::gogirl:

I totally agree. Plus, when they do their solos, they are all the same dances that they have already done, they just change the sequence of the moves.

Seriously, if Danny pirouettes eight times on his "right" foot again, I will just scream. Dude, show me how many you can do on you "left" foot. Hasn't happened even once.
 
Well, I don't think there were any surprises tonight. Although I though it was pretty staged looking when they told the audience they had to leave.
 
^it was filmed thursday, and to make sure no one leaked who was voted out, they kicked them out and continued the show. They wouldnt do it live Monday because the remaining four have to practise their dance for wednesday, and they arnt going to postpone the show or teach them two days before air.
 
The show ends this week, and I stick with what I said before.
