Ghana beating the US was my favorite moment. Yes, I am American but going into the match the commentators here were looking past Ghana. There was no talk of how good any of Ghanians were.

And so its no surprise that my low moment was Suarez cheating. A Handball on the goal is cheating. It will haunt him for the rest of his career.

I'd love to discuss the philosophical implications of that handball and what cheating really means in football, but I don't want to monopolize this discussion on this, and I don't think I'm gonna change your viewpoint ;) But believe me it won't haunt him at all, since he's got the support of his supporters and teammates, and it was one of the WC highlights (you either love or despise that moment, but nobody ignores it).

I forgot to mention that Iker Casillas kiss in the celebration was the most romantic moment in this WC :kiss:

And the celebrations in every country! Those Amsterdam pics were amazing. It's good that not only the champions can celebrate.
 
A cause for celebration in the land of the Dutch, yes...their highest scoring

in history. Those pics were obviously photo shopped. The dignified reserved

to the point of stoic adultness of the Dutch peoples would never allow such

mad mindless cavorting.

Can't believe how they dare blaming the ref, when they should've had two players sent off the first half!

Then at the end it was equally bad for the two of them

We all miss it. And to be honest, most of the local leagues don't appeal as much to me.

We should get together to play a few matches and pretend we're Forlan, Villa, Schneijder, etc, so we can have some fun and forget how much we miss WC! Please, don't pretend to be Iker Casillas cos I might go and rape you :twisted:

I'm ashamed the Dutch even celebrate a losing team, and no, I wasn't involved.
(The pushing and pulling took place two metres from me and I couldn't even get there, that's how busy it was).
I'm not convinced it was the fault of the Moroccans.

One guy even got a broken glass pushed into his face, but I couldn't see who did it or why. (I was standing about five metres from where it happened, before, during and after).

I think you mean you are shallow. Pique seems to be the type of guy who cares more about the person than what his shell happens to look like.

Anyway, Fabregas is way cuter and probably a bottom.
