Good for this kid.

Although, I would recommend only using 4 lbs of meat for the quantity of the other ingredients listed.

Obviously the cheat is the seasonings (msg) in the soup mix used.

And I'm not sure that it should't have breadcrumbs in it to soak up and retain the fats....but it sounds like it would be a great terrine-like consistency when cold.

Anyhow, the recipe has gone viral and I hope that his mother realizes what a cunt she is.

Yeah it's most likely fake. I wouldn't use more than 2lbs of meat and it definitely needs bread crumbs.

I think a lot of these stories are fake just to go viral. There's always details that don't jive.

I have noticed msg and sugar are the most important in that recipe.

I think that's mean to the mother, but I understand why he did it.

Never had it ,never going to, haggis is bad enough.

Meatloaf is delicious. You'd love it guaranteed. You have to have homemade though, restaurants just can't get meatloaf right.

I make something like that ^

2-3 lbs ground beef and the onion soup mix adds a ton of flavor.

I take about a cup of Ketchup and mix with some brown sugar. I like to make a gully down the center to hold that sauce. And you can drape it with bacon if you like :)

^ I use a package of stuffing mix for my meatloaf. Add a couple if water to the mix.

only make Turkey meatloaf because I don't eat a lot of beef---but it is delicious.

About this "secret recipe," Graham Gremore of Queerty wrote,
"There is no secret. Mom's meatloaf is as basic and unoriginal as her homophobia."

He's right.
