Songs That Remind You Of The Good Times

This one takes me back to my last couple of years in seminary. Good times!

Embedding is disabled, but it's better at Youtube anyway 'cause you put it on full screen.

"The Lonely Goatherd"

My best friend (during my twenties) and I would drive a lot at night, just talking and driving around in weird places, and we'd listen to musicals in the car, singing along and having a great time... Cabaret, Grease, Victor/Victoria, and our mutual favorite The Sound of Music. That was so much fun, just being free and silly and nowhere particular to go.

I have it on my iPod and it still has the power to make me feel happy... but only if I sing along at the top of my voice (which rather startles the other people at the gym).

Anything by jamiroquai. I discovered them during a fantastic few years back in the 90's

"This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" by Natalie Cole

It just seems like the song at the end of a Romantic Comedy or something. Haha. I don't know. It just makes me happy. ^_^

When I wanna think of the good times, I usually listen to the audio of the sextape I made with Nomenclature. Can't get any better than that!!! :D

"Running on Empty," Jackson Browne. The lyrics are not particularly optimistic--but neither am I. Takes me back to some really good friends and some really good times.

Too lazy to to find a good link. Guess I'm still running on empty.
