Another song I hated. The lyrics make no sense and I hate the male singer. I think this was their only hit. I remember hearing it on the school bus back in the day and it annoyed the crap out of me.

the lead singer for Foreigner was Lou Gramm...not Mick Jones

they were a rockin band when they first came out

some people in the thread schooled me on that. my fault for the mistake.

but either way, their songs kind of sound pathetic though. that song "feels like the first time" is funny though. lead singer sounds like he just got some.

i agree with you on chris brown and most of his music BUT this is actually one of the two songs i like from dude. this and that "yo" song.

and limp bizkit sucked ass too. never understood why everybody like them so much. always thought this record that everybody liked from them was corny as hell too especially the beat. fred durst has an annoying voice too and his dress code was a joke wearing all those dark shirts and jeans with a bright ass hat. he sounds like a little whiny bitch.

now that you mentioned it. paul mccartney sucks because he can't sing to save his life. i think dude is much older than what they say he is. dude was like 30 in the 70s and he sounded like he was 70 back then.

Their beats were OK and he was alright when he stuck to doing hooks and chorus, similar to Timbaland, but all their beats sounded almost exactly alike and they just got stale.

I used to work a day shift once a week and this really big and masculine lesbian would come in regularly and demand that all the guys arm wrestle with her...not a 'fun time"...she would win of course and get shots and a beer as a prize..and after she got drunk she would play this song over and over on the jukebox...singing real loud and off key... and bawl her eyes out. I dont' know what her real name was but I called her Big Ethel because she reminded me of Big Ethel from Pee Wees movie. What a nightmare.

that was HIM singing that song? thought that was john lennon but now that i think of it, he still sounds a bit old so nevermind. didn't believe my homeboy when he said that he was supposed to be the "heartthrob" of the group either. he's actually quite cute in that video. the beatles earlier songs sound way better than their later ones though. paul didn't have shit on john when it came to the solo records though. john killed him on that.

agree with you on the hooks. he can't sing to save his life but somehow, he made that jay-z "what's your name" song sound good though. the beat was actually good too. to me, it is very rare that the neptunes actually has a dope beat. between them and swizz beats. it's like a if they come up with a nice beat because the records they come up with sound so simple.
